We have a range of payment options to make paying your bill with Eve easy.
To get started, you will need your payment details and your bill handy.
Note: The following Payment Options are only available for Eglinton Village Energy consumption accounts. If you have received a Connection Invoice as part of a Temporary or Permanent Power Supply, bank transfer is the only available payment option (at current). Please refer to the payment details at the bottom of the invoice and ensure the Reference Number is noted as part of your transaction.

Set and forget with Direct Debit, where the amount owing for the billing period is deducted in total from your nominated bank account or card information on the due date.

Log into your online banking account and make a BPAY payment using the BPAY Biller Code and Reference Number on your bill.
You can visit your local Australian Post Agency or outlet to pay your bill in person.
You will need to take a copy of your Eve bill with you.

You can pay your bill by sending your cheque and payment slip to Eglinton Village Energy GPO Box 186, Melbourne, VIC 3001

No transaction or dishonour fees will be charged by Eve directly. Bank fees may apply.
