In order to take responsibility for the consumption at your new premise, you will need to:

Part 6: Account Holder Signature Panel

You understand that a Customer Account will be created using the information in this form, and that the Account is for the supply of electricity at the address listed in Part 4. The information provided in this form, any invoices, notices of rate changes, planned outages and marketing (if you selected Yes in Part 3), will be issued to your nominated email address (unless you have selected Paper Copy in Part 1, in which case they will be posted to your nominated ‘Postal Address’ in Part 1). Your Account will activate upon energisation of the Meter (if not currently energised). Eglinton Village Energy may vary connection installation charges from time to time and a one-off Account Establishment Fee (please contact our Customer Service Team or visit our website to confirm the amount) will be applied to your first invoice. By signing this form, you are confirming that all the information in Parts 1 to 5 above is accurate and true, and you agree to the terms provided here in this form.
