system yourself. This means you can enjoy the benefits of solar with 20% cost savings* on your variable electricity rate compared with Synergy's standard residential tariff (Terms & Conditions apply) if you buy your electricity from Eve.
Annual Electricity Tariff and Fees & Charges Update - Each year, the Western Australian Government reviews and publishes updated regulated electricity tariffs and sees & charges, which take effect from 1st of July through to 30th of June of the following year. As the final tariffs and fees & charges are not confirmed or released before 1st of July, Eve is unable to communicate the updated charges in advance. Once the updated tariffs and fees & charges are officially released, Eve updates its website, fees & charges, and electricity plans as soon as practicable. All electricity plans and rates are subject to annual review and may be varied from 1st of July each year, aligning with the annual update of the Government's regulated tariffs and any other applicable retail pricing arrangements. The revised tariff and fees & charges information was published on the Eve website as soon as the updated tariffs and fees & charges were confirmed and released. If you have recently received an email from us, it is intended to ensure you are aware of the updated rates before receiving your first bill that reflects the annual tariff changes. This notice has been updated to reflect the customer communication issued regarding the annual electricity tariff review.
