For those with concession cards, you may be eligible for the Energy Concession Extension Scheme (ECES).
New ECES applicants can apply directly via the online portal. If your ECES application is approved, the Household Electricity Credit will be processed approximately two weeks after the ECES payment has been made.

If you are experiencing Financial Hardship and are unable to pay your electricity bills, the State Government HUGS initiative can assist you.
The first step is to contact Eve as soon as you are experiencing Financial Hardship to discuss your options. Our team will support you and commence the HUGS application process on your behalf if required.
