Residential Electricity Plans
Please contact 08 6186 9858 to discuss appropriate customer tariff or plan selection and prospective discounts against the gazetted tariff or Eve electricity plans offered (as may be available), depending on status and usage eligibility. Tariffs are GST Inclusive and apply to new customers from 1 July 2025. The Midday Flex plan is also GST Inclusive and applies to new customers from 23 March 2026.
Note: Each year, the Government releases updated electricity tariffs, typically effective from 1 July through to 30 June the following year. These rates may change from the previous year and are set by the Government. All licensed electricity retailers are required to apply the updated regulated tariffs. All electricity plans and rates are subject to annual review at the same time and may be varied from 1 July each year, aligning with the annual update of gazetted tariffs and any other retail pricing arrangements. Eve will notify customers of any upcoming price changes before the first bill issued under the new rates.

Eve has introduced Midday Flex, a new residential time-of-use electricity plan available to customers in Eglinton Village from 23 March 2026.

Exclusive Savings for Eglinton Village Energy Customers
As an owner of any residential property in Eglinton Village, you may choose to "opt in" to host Eve solar panels on your roof. In return for you agreeing to host Eve solar panels, you get access to discounted electricity supply from Eve (terms and conditions apply), compared to electricity supplied by Synergy. The discount presently is 20% and applies to both the Eve A1 tariff (which is equal to the Synergy rate), and the Midday Flex plan.
